Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return or replacement request by emailing us at help@roughly10.com with clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging.
ELIGIBILITY
The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Product replacement refers to exchanging a damaged or faulty product for a new or refurbished one.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed only on Mondays after we receive the product in the required condition.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original source account.
For COD orders, the refund will be issued via UPI ID or bank transfer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Please capture a photo or video of the product and packaging before shipping it back. This serves as proof in case the returned package is damaged and helps ensure a smooth refund process.
In case of repeated exchange or return requests, shipping charges (to and fro) will be deducted from all requests after the first one.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us immediately at help@roughly10.com with photos or videos within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return or exchange was approved and you have not received an update, please contact us at help@roughly10.com.
