1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary based on location:

Metro Cities: 2–4 days
Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 days
Remote Locations: 5–8 days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Free on all orders
Express Delivery: ₹99

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics aggregators that work with multiple leading courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all eligible pin codes across India.

8. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Charges

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, Roughly10 will bear the RTO charges.
We may contact you for address confirmation before re-shipping.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with unboxing images or videos.
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
