Some scholars suggest that Starry Night was not what Van Gogh originally intended to paint. It is believed that he was deeply drawn to the idea of creating Agony in the Garden, a subject filled with emotional and spiritual turmoil. When he struggled to realize that vision to his satisfaction, those emotions may have found their way into what later became Starry Night.
We were fascinated by this interpretation and wanted to explore two emotional versions of Starry Night: one rooted in agony and darkness, and the other brighter and more uplifting. Like night and day, dark and light, sadness and happiness, both states coexist.
We added our playful touch to the names by calling the brighter version Big Deal and the darker version Whatever. Together, they say it all: Big Deal… Whatever!

FROM THE MAKERS OF KALAKSH WATCHES
We started out as Kalaksh Watches with one simple idea: watches should be fun. We love timepieces deeply, but we felt they were missing a sense of playfulness. After all, even our phones can tell time more accurately than a watch.
That was the moment we realized that watches needed to stand for something more. Not just time.
This belief led us to rebrand as Roughly10, where time is taken roughly, not precisely. Every design we create aims to tell a story, and in doing so, to say something about who we are.

We use a reliable Miyota 2035 quartz movement for accurate everyday timekeeping.
The case is 40mm, which we consider a comfortable medium size. All of our watches are designed to be unisex.
This watch uses a standard quartz watch battery. Battery life is typically 12–18 months, depending on usage.
