Time is a joke. He’s telling it.
Every night leaves a trace. This one tells time.
We approached the Batman Collection with a single goal: to do something different from what already existed in the market and to add our own sense of fun and artistry to it. While there was no shortage of Batman merchandise, most of it relied on the same familiar formula: an all-black design with a bat symbol on the dial.
We wanted to tell a story. A story where each watch said something of its own.
We decided to create three watches. One inspired by Batman, one by his arch-nemesis Joker, and a third that captures the ongoing tussle between the two.
The B(r)atman watch can be seen simply as two bat symbols, or as one symbol representing Batman and the other representing Robin. The idea was to elegantly capture the essence of Batman without being literal.
When it came to Joker, we felt his smile was his most iconic signature. That inspired Prank Sinatra. We wanted to represent Joker’s smile and, in the process, the idea of smiling at a watch itself. We do not take time too seriously. We take it roughly.
Finally, Bored Games was designed to represent the eternal cat-and-mouse play between Batman and Joker. Neither truly wins, yet both win every time. They are alike, yet different. This complex relationship fascinated us, and we wanted to express it without being obvious.

FROM THE MAKERS OF KALAKSH WATCHES
We started out as Kalaksh Watches with one simple idea: watches should be fun. We love timepieces deeply, but we felt they were missing a sense of playfulness. After all, even our phones can tell time more accurately than a watch.
That was the moment we realized that watches needed to stand for something more. Not just time.
This belief led us to rebrand as Roughly10, where time is taken roughly, not precisely. Every design we create aims to tell a story, and in doing so, to say something about who we are.

We use a reliable Miyota 2035 quartz movement for accurate everyday timekeeping.
The case is 40mm, which we consider a comfortable medium size. All of our watches are designed to be unisex.
